The PURCHASING PRO 2000 Purchasing Software, Vendor Management and Rating System provides an ISO9000 compliant purchasing and vendor management function. Features include Purchase Requisitioning, Purchase Orders, Incoming Inspection, Vendor Rating and Corrective Action. The purchasing, inventory control and vendor management/rating software is unequaled in capability, affordability, and is suitable for small, medium and large manufacturing applications. The Purchasing Pro 2000 program provides the ability for the user to start with the Purchasing Module and then, when ready, add the Purchase Order Requisition module, Inventory Module, Incoming Inspection, Vendor Rating and Management, and other available options. The program includes approvals required for Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders based on the initiating department and the value of the purchase order. In addition parts may be specified as being purchased from only approved vendors. The Vendor Rating and Management option rates each vendor for three criteria: Order Completeness, On Time Delivery, and Quality.
